iOSアプリ「汀 MIGIWA」　最終改定日 2026-09-22

あなたが汀に入れた言葉と、あなたの睡眠の記録は、あなたのiPhoneの外に出ません。1NIWA株式会社（以下「当社」）は、それらを受け取ることも、見ることもできません。

当社は、iOSアプリ「汀 MIGIWA」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。Webサイト（migiwa.app）と待機リストの取り扱いは、Webサイトのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

1. 当社のサーバーに送らない情報

本アプリには、アカウント登録も、当社のサーバーもありません。次の情報は、あなたの端末の中にだけ保存されます。

例外は「研究の棚」だけです。「設定」→「研究の棚」を開いたときだけ、当社のWebサイト（migiwa.app）から記事の一覧と本文を読み込みます。これは通常のWebページの閲覧と同じで、あなたの問いや記録は送りません。何を読んだかも記録しません。Webサーバーの通常のアクセス記録（IPアドレス、日時）が残ることがあります。

「問いの年輪」は、上の表の記録を読んで並べるだけです。新しい情報を集めたり保存したりはしません。

これらの情報は、端末の中に保存します。iPhoneの暗号化で保護し、端末を起動してから一度ロックを解除するまでは読めない形で保存します。

現在のバージョンは、iCloudへの同期を提供していません。ただし、あなたがiPhoneのバックアップ（iCloudバックアップ、パソコンへのバックアップ）を有効にしている場合、これらの情報はあなた自身のバックアップに含まれます（機種変更のときに引き継げるようにするためです）。当社はそのバックアップにアクセスできません。バックアップの取り扱いはAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

2. ヘルスケアの睡眠データ

• 設定で「睡眠データを使う」をオンにし、iPhoneで許可した場合にだけ、ヘルスケアアプリにある睡眠の記録（寝床にいた時間、眠っていた時間と段階）を読み取ります。
• 使いみちは2つです。朝に問いを返すタイミングを決めることと、預けた夜の寝つきを比べて表示することです。
• 読み取った記録は、端末の中で集計し、眠りの開始・終了・長さ・寝つき・REMの時間だけを保存します。
• 睡眠データは当社のサーバーに送らず、広告、マーケティング、第三者への提供には使いません。ヘルスケアアプリにデータを書き込むこともありません。
• 許可は、iPhoneの「設定」→「ヘルスケア」→「データアクセスとデバイス」からいつでも取り消せます。

3. マイクと音声認識

• マイクのボタンを押したときにだけ、マイクと音声認識を使います。
• 音声は端末の中の音声認識で文字にします。音声を当社やAppleのサーバーへ送る設定にはしていません。
• 文字にしたあと、音声は保存しません。

4. 通知、アプリロック

• 「眠る前の合図」の通知は、端末の中で予約します。通知に問いの中身は入れません。
• 「昼の合図」（昼に決める問いがあることを知らせる通知。既定は12:30）も、端末の中で予約します。通知に問いの中身は入れません。時刻の変更や停止は設定から行えます。
• アプリロックの顔認証・指紋認証はiPhoneが行います。本アプリは顔や指紋のデータを受け取りません。

5. 購入

• 有料機能の購入と支払いは、Appleが行います。当社はあなたの氏名、メールアドレス、支払い情報を受け取りません。
• 本アプリは、有料機能が使えるかを確かめるために、端末の中でAppleの購入情報を確認します。
• 当社がAppleから受け取るのは、個人を特定しない売上の集計（国・件数・金額など）です。

6. 解析、広告、追跡

• 本アプリには、アクセス解析、広告、追跡のための外部サービスを入れていません。
• 他社のアプリやWebサイトをまたいであなたを追跡することはありません。
• あなたがiPhoneの設定で「Appデベロッパと共有」をオンにしている場合、Appleを通じて、不具合の報告（端末の種類、OS、不具合が起きた箇所）が当社に届くことがあります。問いの中身は含まれません。

7. 書き出しと消去

• 「設定」→「書き出し」で、あなたの記録をファイル（JSON、CSV、テキスト）にできます。書き出したファイルは暗号化されていません。保管と共有はあなたの管理になります。
• 「設定」→「すべて消す」で、端末の中の記録を消せます。本アプリを削除しても消えます。バックアップに残っているものは、バックアップの設定に従います。

8. お問い合わせで受け取る情報

メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、メールアドレスと本文を、お返事のためにだけ使います。

9. 子ども

本アプリは、16歳未満の方の利用を想定していません。

10. 改定

本ポリシーを改定する場合は、このページと本アプリの中でお知らせします。iCloud同期など、情報の保存先が変わる機能を加えるときは、事前に改定します。

The words you leave in Migiwa and your sleep records never leave your iPhone. 1NIWA K.K. (“we”) cannot receive or see them.

This policy describes how the iOS app “Migiwa” (the “App”) handles information. For our website (migiwa.app) and waiting list, see the website privacy policy (Japanese).

1. Information we never send to our servers

The App has no account and no server of ours. The following stays on your device only:

The one exception is the “Research shelf”. Only when you open Settings → Research shelf, the App loads the list of articles and their text from our website (migiwa.app), like viewing any web page. It never sends your questions or records, and it does not record what you read. Our web server may keep ordinary access logs (IP address, time).

• The line you leave before sleep, your answer for now, the line after waking, and the time you left it — used to return your question in the morning, show the two lines together, and build the weekly card and monthly review.
• Daylight records (the line you decided in daylight, when you decided, when you let a question go, and when it is returned in daylight) — used for the daylight decision screen, the shelf of decided questions and the monthly letter.
• Quiet nights and the numbers in weekly and monthly summaries.
• Settings (bedtime cue and daylight cue times, usual wake-up time, morning or night person).
• An activity log of the morning check (time and result only, never the text of your question).

“Question rings” only reads and arranges the records above. It collects and stores nothing new.

This information is stored on your device, protected by iPhone encryption so that it cannot be read after the device restarts until you unlock it for the first time.

This version does not sync to iCloud. However, if you have iPhone backups turned on (iCloud Backup or a computer backup), this information is included in your own backups, so that it can move with you to a new iPhone. We cannot access those backups. They are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

2. Sleep data from Health

• Only if you turn on “Use sleep data” and allow it on your iPhone, the App reads sleep analysis (time in bed, time asleep and sleep stages) from the Health app.
• It is used for two things: deciding when to return your question, and comparing how quickly you fell asleep on nights you left a line.
• The App summarizes the records on your device and keeps only the start, end, duration, time to fall asleep and REM minutes.
• Sleep data is never sent to our servers and never used for advertising, marketing or sharing with third parties. The App does not write any data to Health.
• You can revoke access at any time in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.

3. Microphone and speech recognition

• The microphone and speech recognition are used only when you press the microphone button.
• Speech is turned into text by on-device speech recognition. The App does not send audio to our servers or Apple’s.
• Audio is not kept after it becomes text.

4. Notifications and app lock

• The bedtime cue is scheduled on your device and never contains the text of your question.
• The daylight cue (a notification that a question is waiting to be settled in daylight; 12:30 by default) is also scheduled on your device and never contains the text of your question. You can change its time or turn it off in Settings.
• Face ID and Touch ID for app lock are handled by iOS. The App never receives biometric data.

5. Purchases

• Purchases and payments are handled by Apple. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details.
• The App checks your purchase status with Apple on your device to unlock paid features.
• We receive only aggregated sales reports from Apple that do not identify you.

6. Analytics, advertising and tracking

• The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
• If you enable “Share With App Developers” in iPhone Settings, crash reports (device model, iOS version, where the crash happened) may reach us through Apple. They never include the text of your questions.

7. Export and deletion

• Settings → Export saves your records as a file (JSON, CSV or text). Exported files are not encrypted and are under your control.
• Settings → Erase everything deletes your records on this device, as does deleting the App. Copies in backups follow your backup settings.

8. When you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply.

9. Children

The App is not intended for people under 16.

10. Changes

We will announce changes on this page and in the App. Before adding any feature that changes where information is stored, such as iCloud sync, we will update this policy.
